I am a Fierce Advocate for multi-generational healing! I’ve fought hard to break free from belief systems that are no longer serving me. I continue to choose into my healing journey, because there are always deeper places of healing to be experienced. My lived experience, coupled with over 1500 hours of training, gives me a unique approach when working with clients.

Life Consulting is a blend of Life Coaching, Counseling and aspects of Somatic therapy.

I do require my clients to have a level of stability, meaning the clients I see must have engaged in some level of healing. These sessions are a sacred place for healing to take place, they are not a place to trauma dump.
